Event Rules and Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and successful SPOTLIGHT Online Vendor Event for everyone,
please review and follow these rules:
1. Non-Refundable Fee: A $25 fee is required to secure your spot. This fee is non-refundable.
2. Giveaway Requirement: Each vendor must host one giveaway of their choice during the event.
3. Party Day Assignments: Vendors will be paired with one other vendor for their assigned party day.
4. Each party day includes: A pre-party introduction post.
5. Party day posts by vendors.
6. A post-event thank-you.
7. A winners announcement post.
8. Vendors also have the option to include up to two engagement posts to boost interaction.
9. Invitation Requirement: Vendors are required to have at least 5 accepted invites to the event before receiving admin access to schedule posts.
10. Posting Options: With Admin Access: 15 scheduled posts + 1 optional live video on your party day.
11. Without Admin Access: 8 posts (no live video).
12. Engagement Expectations: Vendors must actively participate with a minimum of 15 meaningful comments per event day. (4 or more words that encourage conversation)
13. Mentorship Opportunities: Take advantage of mentorship and guidance to maximize your success in the event.
As a SPOTLIGHT vendor, you'll share the stage with just one other vendor on your exclusive sales day.
